Experience

Arnaud is Partner of Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management. He serves as Co-CEO, responsible for overseeing the real estate platform activity, directing operational investment strategies and coordinating Edmond de Rothschild Group’s real estate co-investments. With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate, Arnaud is CEO of Edmond de Rothschild REIM (Suisse) SA, regulated by FINMA and operating in Switzerland on a discretionary basis, as well as on behalf of segregated accounts.

Prior to launching Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate SICAV, a leading Swiss listed Real Estate vehicle, Arnaud was Vice-President at CBRE Middle East, advising on more than USD 10 billlion in hotels development and M&A advisory. He began his career at CBRE Switzerland focusing on Capital Markets and transacted on more than CHF 5 billion of Swiss acquisitions since then, in all sectors. He contributed to the launching of Orox Capital Investment – Added Value Properties, the first Fund structured by Orox Asset Management SA in 2007.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne with a focus on Finance. In 2011, he followed an Executive Real Estate Management program at Harvard Business School. Arnaud sits on boards and investment committees of a number of real estate companies.
